When the oddly mis-matched Deefenbach family arrive in the oh-too-normal neighborhood of Canoga Faults, a crack in the earth appears - and with it, an unsettling series of mysteries begin to pop up in the lives of the disparate characters that inhabit it.  

 

With the biggest mystery of all being:  just who ARE the Deefenbachs and WHAT are they doing there?

 

Like Peyton Place on acid, this is a refreshingly different, multi-leveled comic drama with an edge of the thrill.
